Valentina Studio FREE | Single | PRO
Valentina Studio is the free, all purpose database management and forms client tool. Valentina Studio Pro combines database management with diagramming, forms creation, reporting and database continuous integration. Available on Windows, Linux and macOS. Valentina Studio for macOS, Linux and Windows is free. Valentina Studio PRO costs $199.
This release adds the following changes and improvements.
- [New] – DuckDB Plugin. DuckDB 1.1 support is implemented in the following Tools – Schema Editor & Virtual Links, SQL Editor, Data Editor & Related Data Editor, Diagram Editor, Query Editor (PRO), Dump creation and loading (SQL file can be created and loaded back, XML/JSON can be created), CSV Export and Import, Preferences panel, Pre-connect & post-connect scripts of Bookmarks, Project Editor, Form Editor, Report Editor. Other improvements are forthcoming in future releases.
- [New][DuckDB] Added duckdb_sakila database to cloud examples.
- [New] – Supported Linux arm64 architecture. You can now download RPM or DEB archive and install it on arm64-based system, such as Raspberry Pi. See folder “lin_arm_64” on the FTP.
- [Imp][SQL Editor] Auto-scroll SQL Text to a placeholder and highlight it, when you choose it in the panel ‘Parameters’.
- [Imp] Improvements for execution of the pre-connect scripts. Dynamically adjust settings like database name, username, password, host, port, and other connection attributes according to specific needs or runtime conditions.
- [Imp] In the post-connect script of the bookmark, the connection and database objects are added to the result, allowing for initialization.

Valentina Reports
ADK or Valentina Application Developer Kits incorporate the runtime engines of Valentina technologies into your applications. Valentina Reports ADKs allow developers to embed reporting into their applications. ADKs are available for many native development systems including C/C++, Java, .NET, Swift, Xojo and more on Windows, macOS & Linux. Valentina Reports ADK starts at $199.
This release adds the following changes and improvements.
- [New][Datasource] – DuckDB. Currently, only supported in Valentina Studio, but soon in all Valentina Report ADKs
- [New] – Set up a Report to have embedded XML data inside of the generated PDF. For this use the option ‘xmp_data’ of the Report and its Report Controls.
- [Imp] – Allowed to specify RAM SQLite database use with JS queries from ADKs.
Valentina DB
Valentina DB is Paradigma Software advanced, object relational database and available in Valentina DB Server (a part of Valentina Server) and ValentinaDB ADKs (developer components for adding runtime database support to applications).
This release adds the following changes and improvements.

Valentina SQLite Server
Valentina Server incorporates Valentina Reports Server, Valentina Forms Server and two database servers: Valentina DB Server and Valentina SQLite Server. Available for Windows, Linux, macOS and Raspberry PI.
- [NEW] Sub-folders for SQLite databases. Valentina Server INI now includes a variable SQLITESYSTEMCATALOG. Previously SQLite databases were stored in a single, specified directory. Sub-folders are now supported.
