Some participating vendors, including Paradigma Software, give away demos and free versions that require using an email address. For this reason, some popular services almost always put vendor domains on a blacklist, and those emails end up in spam filters. If you are using a free email address like any of the Microsoft ones (msn, microsoft, etc), Yahoo!, AOL and the like, make sure you check your spam filter and 'whitelist' emails originating from valentina-db.com.
